Doing things bc I’m thinking of their feelings rather than my own. -Self abandonment

Going in with raw thoughts, getting sucked in, rather than thinking on my own and then sharing my position, no is a complete sentence.

If you cancel or break up, do you feel real bad for them? What about you? Honestly, are you a little relieved to cut it off?

Their emotions are not yours to manage.

It’s a heck yeah!! or a heck no!!

Ask yourself, are you really excited to hang out with this person? Or are you mixing unhealthy care patterns and unhealthy relationship patterns into it?

One more thing. There are no mistakes! All just experiences.

You’re not going to walk away from someone that’s awesome for you. You know that!

Helping is amazing and I know that feels good. Caring for others is something wonderful. Your strong heart just as God made it. -That inner table though, your personal life and who you have in it, it’s for you!!!
